  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the milk and heat until warm to the touch (about 110°F), then remove from heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, the sugar, yeast, and salt.

Pour the warm milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir to combine.
