  • 3 Vegetarian sausage patties
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 Cheddar cheese slices

Directions

Step 1

To make the pancake batter, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the milk, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and the egg. Whisk until well mixed.
