  • 4 vegetarian sausage patties
  • 4 large eggs

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the croissants in half horizontally, and place them on a baking sheet, cut sides up.

In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the vegetarian sausage patties according to the package instructions. Once cooked, set them aside on a plate.
