Ingredients

  • 450 grams plant-based beef chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 500 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 0 to taste salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

Step 2

Dice the red and green bell peppers and slice the carrots into thin rounds.

Step 3

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced bell peppers and sliced carrots to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
