Ingredients

  • 300 grams egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 150 grams broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
