  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the ingredients: slice the vegetarian sausage into 1/4-inch rounds, chop the bell peppers into strips, dice the onion, and mince the garlic.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
