  • 50 grams Brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by finely mincing the garlic cloves and grating the fresh ginger.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the soy sauce mixture.

In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water until smooth. Set aside.
