Ingredients

  • 300 grams plant-based ground meat
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 large, finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies
  • 2 medium, finely chopped tomatoes
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.5 cup frozen peas
  • 0 to taste salt
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for about 30 seconds.

Step 3

Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for another 2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
