Directions

Step 1

Begin by washing and drying the mixed salad greens thoroughly, then place them in a large salad bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber into thin rounds, and chop the red onion finely. Peel and slice the avocado just before adding to prevent browning.
