Ingredients

  • 4 whole English muffins
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 whole Bell pepper
  • 0.5 whole Red onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup Black olives
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the English muffins in half to make 8 pieces and place them on a baking sheet cut side up.

Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of tomato sauce evenly on each muffin half.
