  • 8 pieces Mini whole wheat tortillas

  • 1 medium Carrot, grated
  • 8 leaves Green leaf lettuce
  • 120 grams Hummus
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the plant-based chicken strips to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly browned.

Season the strips with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
