Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Vegetarian burger patties
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 8 leaves Large butterhead lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 4 slices Pickles
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Slice the tomato and red onion into thin rounds. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado into thin strips.

Step 3

Lightly brush the vegetarian burger patties with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and black pepper.

Place the burger patties on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and nicely browned.
