  • 3 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 150 grams, chopped Green beans
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 500 milliliters Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Boil water in a large pot and cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
