Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Plant-based ground meat
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 2 large Garlic cloves
  • 0.75 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the plant-based ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and egg.

Add chopped parsley, oregano, fennel seeds, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
