  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 10 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Chop the onion, carrots, and celery into large chunks.

Slice the mushrooms and peel the garlic cloves.

In a large stockpot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
