  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.75 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 0.25 cup Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dill, finely chopped
  • 1 large Garlic clove, minced

Directions

Step 1

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Slice into 1/4-inch thick strips.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the tofu and toss to coat evenly.
