  • 4 cups, fresh spinach
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon or to taste salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup, chopped cilantro
  • 1 wedged for serving lime

Directions

Step 1

Heat the peanut oil in a large soup pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
