Ingredients

  • 500 grams Plant-based chicken pieces

  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced

  • 10 grams Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium Yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium Red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 Zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 8 pieces Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
