  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 100 grams Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the non-dairy yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.

Step 2

Add the plant-based chicken strips to the bowl and toss them until they're evenly coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
