Ingredients

  • 4 Vegetarian hot dogs
  • 4 Whole wheat hot dog buns

  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Bearnaise sauce
  • 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Core and slice the red and yellow bell peppers. Clean and slice the mushrooms.

Step 3

In a medium-sized skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
