Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 8 slices Vegetarian ham slices
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 50 grams Sundried tomatoes in oil
  • 30 grams Arugula
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Place the sourdough slices on a baking tray and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with half a teaspoon of Herbs de Provence, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
