Peel the Saging Saba and slice each banana into half lengthwise.
In a small bowl, dissolve the brown sugar in water to create a syrup and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the sliced Saging Saba in the pan. Fry them until they are golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
Flip the bananas and fry the other side until golden brown and cooked through, another 3-4 minutes.
