  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 200 grams Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cooked brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 piece Avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the plant-based chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned, about 5-6 minutes.
