  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams sour cream
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 100 grams mushrooms
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.

Create a well in the center and pour in the lukewarm water and olive oil.

Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
