  • 2 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Spring onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Clean and slice the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces, resembling shrimp.

In a bowl, cover the mushroom pieces with buttermilk and let them soak for 10 minutes.
