Ingredients

  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 0.5 small Cucumber
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Slice the croissants in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Toast the croissants in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until lightly crisp and warm.
