  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
