  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup, melted butter
  • 1 cup, frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the diced carrots, celery, and sliced mushrooms. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
