Ingredients

  • 1 Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 small Fresh red chili

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry all fresh produce thoroughly.

Thinly slice the Romaine lettuce and red cabbage. Set them aside in a large salad bowl.

Peel and julienne the carrot into thin matchsticks.
