Ingredients

  • 200 g Corn tortilla chips
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 100 g Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 100 ml Sour cream
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 2 Tomato, diced
  • 0.5 Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet or an ovenproof dish.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Sprinkle evenly over the tortilla chips.

Scatter the rinsed and drained black beans over the cheese-covered chips.

Add sliced jalapeños evenly over the top.
