  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 slices vegetarian ham slices
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Directions

Step 1

Begin by spreading a thin layer of wholegrain mustard on one side of each of the sourdough bread slices.

Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the mustard for two of the bread slices.

Layer two slices of vegetarian ham on top of each cheese slice.

Top with the remaining slice of cheddar cheese for each toastie.
