  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Begin by soaking the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.

Insert a wooden skewer into each vegetarian hot dog, leaving enough length for a comfortable handle. Pat the hot dogs dry with a paper towel.
