  • 2 pieces whole grain bread slices
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices plant-based ham slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 piece lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Spread mayonnaise on one side of both bread slices.

Step 2

Spread Dijon mustard on the mayonnaise side of one slice of bread.

Step 3

Layer one slice of cheese on the mustard-spread bread.

Step 4

Add the plant-based ham slices on top of the cheese.

Step 5

Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice over the 'ham'. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Step 6

Top with the remaining cheese slice.
