  • 4 pieces Vegetarian bacon strips
  • 4 whole Hamburger buns
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices Tomato slices
  • 8 slices Red onion slices
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3

Brush the Portobello mushroom caps on both sides with the olive oil mixture.
