  • 8 pcs Corn tortillas
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely diced
  • 0.5 cup Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 4 pcs Lime wedges
  • 1 pc Avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Drain the tofu and press it for 10-15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Once pressed, crumble the tofu into small pieces using your hands or a fork.

In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, oregano, garlic powder, soy sauce, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar.
