  • 4 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the garlic cloves.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, the juice of 1 lime, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
