  • 300 grams penne pasta

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 liter water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the penne pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
