Ingredients

  • 300 grams Vegetarian chicken strips
  • 200 grams Rice noodles

  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 3 sliced Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cooking the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the vegetarian chicken strips to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to brown slightly.
