  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 6 pieces Wooden skewers or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Start by soaking the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes if using wooden ones, to prevent burning.

Step 2

Cut the vegetarian chicken pieces into 1-inch cubes.

Step 3

Dice the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion into 1-inch squares.

Step 4

Mince the garlic cloves finely.

Step 5

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ginger paste, minced garlic, yogurt, vegetable oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
