Ingredients

  • 200 grams Plant-based chicken
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 100 grams Green peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 2 pieces Green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 10 sheets Samosa pastry sheets
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 500 milliliters Oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes and boil them until tender. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and green chilies. Roughly chop the plant-based chicken into small pieces.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent.

Step 4

Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chilies to the pan. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.

Step 5

Mix in the plant-based chicken and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add boiled potatoes and green peas to the pan. Stir to combine.

Season the mixture with coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined.
