  • 0.25 cup Almonds, slivered or chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 4 large Croissants

Directions

Step 1

Shred or chop the plant-based chicken strips into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to the bowl and mix until the plant-based chicken is well coated.
