Ingredients

  • 2 pieces plant-based chicken patties
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 pieces Italian hoagie rolls or similar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 leaves fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the plant-based chicken patties to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until they are golden and crisp.
