  • 100 grams Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 grams All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 100 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 200 ml Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined to create a garlic butter mixture.

Place the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and form it into a log. Wrap it tightly and place it in the freezer until firm, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, use a sharp knife to carefully create a pocket in each Quorn fillet being cautious not to cut all the way through.
