  • 4 Pita breads
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small Cucumber, diced
  • 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 200 grams Plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 Cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the plant-based chicken pieces to the bowl and toss well to coat evenly with the marinade.
