Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces Vegetarian chicken strips
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.125 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the vegetarian chicken strips and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
