Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Ciabatta rolls
  • 150 grams Vegetarian chicken strips
  • 4 pieces Vegan bacon strips
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add olive oil.

Step 2

Add the vegetarian chicken strips to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and heated through.

Step 3

In a separate pan, cook the vegan bacon strips over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until crispy.

Step 4

Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and lightly toast them if desired.

Step 5

Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise on the bottom half of each ciabatta roll.
