Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sliced whole grain bread
  • 4 slices Plant-based ham slices
  • 200 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Spread a light layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Step 3

Place the bread slices buttered side down on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the unbuttered side of each bread slice.

Step 5

Place a slice of plant-based ham on two of the bread slices.

Divide the cheddar cheese evenly and sprinkle over the ham.
