  • 8 slices plant-based bacon

  • 8 slices pickles
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Brush the vegetarian burger patties with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are properly cooked through.

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty, allowing it to melt.
