  • 2 medium, mashed Boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup Grated carrot
  • 1 cup Finely chopped spinach
  • 1 large Finely chopped onion
  • 3 whole Finely chopped green chili
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup, chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed boiled potatoes, grated carrot, chopped spinach, chopped onion, and green chilies.

Add minced garlic to the vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, mix chickpea flour with ground cumin, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
