  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 1 medium Lime

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the canned jackfruit. Use your hands or a fork to shred the jackfruit slightly, leaving some chunky pieces.

Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
